Yes, after you have had your first consultation you will then receive a program designed specifically for your goals and set up an appointment to have a one on one guided session with your trained professional.

• Wear comfortable appropriate workout clothing & footwear

• Drink plenty of water before every workout to ensure you keep hydrated

• You will be asked to fill out a medical history form and receive a physical assessment

• Get ready to have fun and be patient with your progress.

The number of sessions with Joy really depends on a number of factors, including your budget, availability, and need for accountability. While personal training programs are an investment, the fitness experience shouldn’t create more stress. Determine the appropriate budget to create the accountability you desire and the freedom and exercise and diet approach as well as the expertise
